Welcome to ETAS:
Thank you so much for your interest in East Texas All Stars. We are anticipating a very exciting and successful year and we want you to know that we are dedicated to giving each cheerleader a fantastic cheerleading experience. We offer the best technical training with innovative choreography to help our program be successful in the East Texas area. We will teach the athletes to be incredible cheerleaders but also, incredible people. We will focus on teamwork with safe, structured workouts. They will encourage one another and build self confidence.

Competitions:
All teams will compete in all competitions unless a team is not prepared for the upcoming competition. We will compete in at least 2 Nationals competitions and a possibility of 3.

Oct. 28 Spirit of Texas – Arlington
Nov. 4 NCA Regional – Garland
Nov. 11 Spirit Celebration – Denton
Dec. 2 Pro Spirit – Dallas
Dec. 9 Christmas Classic (Possible)
Jan. 19-20 ACA Nationals – Ft. Worth
Jan. 26-27 CGA Nationals - Garland
Feb. 9-10 Lonestar Round up - Arlington
Feb. 16-17 NCA Nationals – Dallas
These competitions are not set for sure but a tentative schedule to go by. Some teams may go to certain ones. This will be determined after the squads have been set.
General Information:
Summer
We use the summer to get ahead of our competition!! Many students get stronger and advance their skills during the summer months. Practices are mandatory. BUT… we do want each fmily to enjoy their vacation time, comaps and other summer activities. Summer practice policy is; if you are in town, we need you at practice. We have a weekend friendly schedule. This schedule will be set after the number of teams has been determined.
Note: There is no deduction in your tuition or monthly payments for missed classes. Your spot on the squad is a 12 month financial commitment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Parental Rules and Obligations.

Any negative behavior towards a ETAS member, gym or staff to another gym, via any medium, will result in dismissal

To make sure your daughter is on time and attends all practices and events

Parents are to inform Julie if the competitor is to be late or absent for any reason

Parents are to fulfill any financial obligation on time.

Parents are to encourage and support the competitor to be the best they can be.

Whoever signs the release form is financially responsible.

Once the competition fees are paid out. There is no refund under any circumstance.
Tuition and Expenses
All tuition and competition fees will be electronically processed.
Please fill out the enclosed ACH forms.
Every dollar that you pay is accounted for and in paid out on behalf of your child. We know that competitive cheerleading is expensive! ETAS does not add unnecessary amounts, these support our coaches for travel, etc. We are committed to offering the most affordable, yet highest quality program possible. These fees MUST be paid for your child to participate. Competitors that have past due amounts will not be able to participate in competitions.
Expenses:
Tuition $65.00 per month
Practice wear – black ETAS sport bra – (one time fee) $18.00
Choreography fee – None, Julie does the choreography herself
Music fee – (one time) $25.00
Competition Fees – (based on last years figures) $610.00 to be drafted in monthly installments
Uniform fee – Total uniform is approximately $280.00 total
