Recreational Gymnastics, or All Around Classes for 5 years & up

• Separated into classes by age and skill
• Develop relationship with instructor
• Develop relationships with classmates
• Progress to more challenging tasks
• These classes are slightly more skill-oriented

Classes offered at convenient times to accommodate parents.

GIRLS COMPETITIVE TEAM PROGRAM
A child's invitation to our competitive team is based on the child's potential to master gymnastics at a faster pace. The coaching staff determines the placement of athletes with our team and developmental programs based on the following criteria:

• skill level
• success at current level
• individual desire
• coachability
• age
• mental attitude
• potential success at higher levels
• parental support

Placement on Gymnastic World's team is by invitation only. The specific mission of Gymnastic World is to develop happy, healthy, and confident athletes. One way in which we can meet this demanding goal is to place the gymnasts at the level they can be happy, safe, and confident. What this means is that the gymnast must be able to perform all the skills required at a given level comfortably. We can never ask our athletes to perform skills and routines at competition which they cannot perform consistently at practice.

Our Mom & Tot classes are from ages 18 months to 3 years and are accompained with a parent.

• It is time to give the parent one on one time with their child
• To teach the parent basic spotting skill techniques
• To develop better gross motor skills
• They learn beginner gymnastic skills to help them transition into a pre-school class
• There is a strong emphasis on socializing skills and group involvement
